- Provide commercial advice to project and tender teams ensuring that key commercial, legal and contractual issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
- Liaise with the Procurement team on flow-down commercial requirements for 分包 and purchase orders

- Tertiary Qualifications in relevant discipline (eg Law, Business or Commerce).
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial role and a good working knowledge of commercial and contractual administrative processes and techniques.
- A sound understanding of principles of contract law.
- Experience in a commercial environment including contract preparation, 谈判, administration and management of contractual relationships.
- 澳大利亚n citizen or able to meet citizen eligibility requirements to comply with Defence Industry security requirements.
- Understanding of contractual requirements in engineering and/or Defence environment (desirable)
